Tragically, on Tuesday, September 21, 2004, Billy, of 15 Wittet Drive, Elgin. Loving husband and best friend of Debbie, fun loving and devoted dad of Bruce, much loved son of Ann and the late William, stepson of Tom and adored brother of Gerry and Dave. Funeral service on Wednesday, September 29, 12 noon, at Moray Crematorium, followed by Memorial Service at St. Laurence Parish Church, Forres, at 2 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Scout Association, may be made at the services.
