Tragically, on Tuesday, September 21, 2004, Billy, of 15 Wittet Drive, Elgin. Loving husband and best friend of Debbie, fun loving and devoted dad of Bruce, much loved son of Ann and the late William, stepson of Tom and adored brother of Gerry and Dave. Funeral arrangements to follow.
