SMITH Sheila, Douglas, Bill, Doreen, Sara and Leanne would like to take this opportunity to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them in so many ways during their recent sad loss of Bill and also to all who gave so generously in lieu of flowers to Sightsavers. Grateful thanks to the family doctor, carers and district nurses, also doctors and staff of Ward 49 for their care and kindness. Thanking Mr Joseph Yule and Mr Stephen Hay for such a lovely service in the church, and to Supt. George Shaw, R.N.M.D.S.F. for his kind words at the graveside, and to Stuart and Craig for their respectful and dignified funeral arrangements. Finally, to the many who paid their last respects in both St. Andrews Parish Church and at Grange Cemetery.
