DUNCAN Richard and Avril (Raffan) are delighted to announce the arrival of their beautiful baby son, Bailey, on January 16, 2009, weighing 8lbs 4ozs. First Grandchild to Heather and Dennis Duncan and to Richard and the late Mary Raffan. Nephew to Robert and Michelle Duncan. Special thanks to all staff at AMH and to our midwife.
