MACKENZIE Amelia and the family of the late Michael Turner MacKenzie wish to thank most sincerely all relatives and friends from both home and abroad for their kind expressions of sympathy and attendance at the funeral service. Special thanks go to all the doctors and nurses who cared for Mike at Raigmore Hospital, with particular thanks to Mr Sadat and his team, Ward 4C Intensive Care Unit and the Renal Unit. Thanks also to the Rev Nimmo for his comforting service, and to John Fraser & Son, Funeral Directors, 17-29 Chapel Street, Inverness, for their kind attention. Donations totalling in excess of ?5000 were received, to be split between the various units at Raigmore Hospital.
