IRONSIDE Allyson, Rachel, Andrew, Aileen and family would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards, flowers, messages and offers of help received, following the sad, tragic loss of Alan. They have been much appreciated. A special thanks to Rev David Locke for his comforting service, AD Walker Funeral Directors for their professionalism, Banff Springs for an excellent lunch and to the many people who attended King Edward Parish Church to pay their final respects to Alan. It has been, and will continue to be a great comfort to the family that so many people attended. Thanks also to Donald Stewart and Alan Lindsay, who paid tribute to Alan's many talents, and to Neil, Jill and Jenny for sharing memories of Alan. Thank you also to everyone who left their memories of Alan in the book for Rachel. Finally, a thank you to all who generously donated to the Deveron Archie Foundation, a total of £2,506 was collected.
