MACKAY (Methlick) Shelagh and Jim and their families wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy extended to them by cards, letters, flowers and telephone calls following the sudden and sad loss of a very dear mum, mother-in-law, granny, great-granny and sister. Special thanks go to the village folk in Methlick, to doctors and staff at Haddo Medical Practice and Ward 49, ARI, to the Rev Matt Canlis for his comforting and uplifting service and to Jimmy Mackie for his fitting tribute. Sincere thanks also go to Helen and Willie Massie, Tarves for their kindness and compassionate handling of the funeral arrangements, Linda and staff at The Flower Shop in Ellon for the beautiful flowers, Val Morrison, Kemnay for lovely funeral teas, Noreen and Denis Pratt for preparing the Beaton Hall and to all who paid their last respects at the church and graveside and generously donated ?400 to Macmillan Nurses.
