RUSSELL (Keith) Peacefully at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Thurs- day, October 10, 2024, William Duff Russell (Bill), aged 83 years, sadly passed away. Beloved husband of the late Amelia (nee Ramsay), much loved dad of Elaine, Yvonne and David, a dear father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad and brother. Funeral private at his own request.
