LOW Peacefully, at home in Brechin, after a long battle, courageously fought, on Thursday, October 14, 2021, John Main, aged 88 years, beloved partner of Jenny, cherished father of Linda and John, brother of Kathleen and the late Clifford, an adored grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, father-in-law and a good friend to many. Late of Aberdeen, Proprietor of the Ashvale Fish Restaurants and a keen sportsman, including playing goalkeeper for various teams in the Highland League. Funeral Service to be held in The East Chapel, Aberdeen Crematorium, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, donations may be made, if desired, at the Service, in aid of Marie Curie and Cancer Research.
