DUNCAN (Peterhead) Peacefully, at Roxburghe House, on Thursday, May 27, 2021, Isabel Torrance, aged 95 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bill Duncan, much loved and loving mum of Sybil and Bill, a cherished mother- in-law and a proud and devoted nana. Forever in our hearts. Funeral private due to current restrictions. No flowers please, but if so desired, a donation can be made at the hall door for Roxburghe House.
