REID (Banchory) Peacefully at ARI on Sunday, January 24, 2021, William John George (Bill), aged 86 years, former Office-bearer of Banchory British Legion, where he played dominoes and cribbage (winning Scottish titles) and loved to dance. Beloved husband of Lily, devoted dad to Audrey, John, Graham, Brian and Carol, adored papa to all his grandchildren and great-grandchild, Lily. A quiet and unassuming man who won the love and respect of all and will be sorely missed. Funeral private due to current restrictions and will be held at Baldarroch Chapel, proceeding to Banchory Churchyard on February 11. Thanks to Dalvenie Care Home for their loving care of Bill in recent years, and their continued care of Lily.
