SHIVAS Isobel Isobel Joan Shivas (nee Alexander), fondly known as Bubbles, died peacefully, in the tender care of the staff at Muirton House Care Home, Blairgowrie, on Saturday, January 16, 2021, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend.
