SINCLAIR (Elgin) Peacefully, at Dr. Gray's Hospital, on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, after a long illness, Victor, aged 80 years. Loving husband of Iris, devoted and much loved father of Gillian, Gaynor and Joanna and proud grandfather to Ocean, Ethan, Emma and Euan. Private family service in accordance with current guidelines.
