STRACHAN Callum Sinclair Strachan, Alyth. Bette, Clair, Callum and the wider family are deeply comforted by the love and support and also the beautiful cards, letters and flowers received following the loss of Callum, dear husband, dad, papa and friend. The support of such a large gathering of family and friends at his funeral service was greatly appreciated. Our sincerest thanks to the Rev. Mike Erskine for his uplifting visits before and after Callum's passing, also for his conducting of such a befitting, personal service. Thanks also to Mr. Billy Mackay and the staff of David Scott Funeral Directors for the compassion and efficiency when dealing with all the funeral arrangements. Words cannot express Bette's appreciation of all the health service professionals who have helped Callum throughout his long illness. Special thanks therefore to Drs Johnstone, Faloon and Gilmour and all staff and nursing teams at Alyth Health Centre, Muriel, Shona and Jill from Gowrie Care and to Sue Ross, Marie Curie Nurse. Lastly to the teams of Golden Jubilee Hospital, Clydebank, Gartnaval, Glasgow and the emergency services at Ninewells Hospital. As a result of the collection, £821 will be donated to the Scottish Pulmonary Vascular Unit Research Fund in his memory.
