STEPHEN Elsie, Diane, Kerry, brother and sister's would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness, support and expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and phone calls. Special thank you to my neighbour's Gary and Graham who ran to my aid and the medical crew and also Ian of Gordon and Watson for their care and arrangements of the funeral. Finally many thanks to all who joined with the family to pay their last respects and generous donations to Cancer Research, £871.19 and to Woodend bar staff for providing refreshments. David will be sadly missed but forever remembered.
