PIRIE (New Deer) It is with much sadness to announce that Andy Pirie, in his 87th year, died peacefully, in Fraserburgh Hospital, on Monday, May 10, 2010, after an illness, bravely borne, dearly loved husband of the late Georgie Gillespie, much loved dad of Linda, Sheena and Shirley, a dear father-in-law of Andy, Sandy and Ronnie, proud and devoted granda to Gordon, Karen, Samantha and Jenna and great-granda to Lauren, a much loved uncle and friend to many. Funeral service in St. Kanes Church, New Deer, on Friday, May 14, at 1.00 p.m., thereafter to Culsh Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, may be given at church door to New Deer Surgery.
