CORMACK Sheila, Judith and Joanne would like to thank all family, friends and colleagues for their help and support during Johnnie`s illness. We would like to give special thanks to Dr Harley, Dr Kennedy and the staff at Brimmond Medical Group for their unfailing care and attention. Thanks also to Shona and the team of District Nurses for their dedication. Sincere thanks to Rev Dr Russell Moffat for his many visits and uplifting service, and to all who paid their last respects at the church and graveside, and gave so generously the sum of £1540 to Brimmond Medical Group. Finally, grateful thanks to MacIntosh and Steven for their efficient funeral arrangements.
