MUTCH Anne & Krystine would like to thank all family, friends and colleagues for their kind support and expressions of sympathy following the loss of their dad, George Summers, on December 28, 2006. Special thanks to Dr Helen Jackson and her surgery staff, district nurses and COP Team during the last few months of dad`s life.
