MAVOR Nan, Colin and Roddy thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kindnesses shown to us during Bill`s illness, including close pals who helped him continue to enjoy his golf and cribbage. We have been overwhelmed by the many letters, cards, telephone calls and beautiful flowers we have received. We wish to convey our most sincere and grateful appreciation to Drs. McDonald & Williams, Mr MacIntyre and sisters and staff of Wards 8, 9 and 10 of Dr. Gray`s for their sterling work over the past months; to nurses of Victoria Crescent Clinic; Macmillan, Marie Curie and Crossroads services for unstinting care; to all who attended our services of thanksgiving and donated such a magnificent sum to local charities; also to Mr Proctor of Smith & Catto for caring and efficient funeral arrangements. Last, but certainly not least, to the Rev G. Rollo for on-going encouragement to Bill and a compassionate final tribute. Thank you.
