CHALMERS Precious memories of my mum and grandma, Jessie (nee MacLeod), who passed away on September 23, 2004. We didn`t know that morning, What pain that day would bring, When a special heart stopped beating; And we couldn`t do a thing.
Loved and sorely missed by Jay, John and family, Kingswells, Aberdeen.
