SMITH Very suddenly at home, on Wednesday, September 6, 2006, Derek, aged 51 years, M.D. Central Taxis and Coaches, devoted dad to Ryan, Jordan, Danielle and Sean, stepdad to Mitchell, cherished son of Adada and the late Francis Kelbie Smith, loving partner of Hazel, adored brother of Ethel and Heather, a lifetime friend of Lynne, and much loved brother-in-law, uncle, nephew and friend to many. Requiem Mass to be held in St. Mary`s Cathedral, Huntly Street, on Tuesday, September 12, at 10 a.m., followed by interment at the Grove Cemetery, to which all friends are respectfully invited.
