MILNE It is with great sorrow that Alex and Flora announce the tragic death of their dear son, Keith Andrew Ian Milne, on Monday, December 12, 2005, aged 26 years, a dear brother of Fiona and Neil, loved and missed by all his family and friends. Funeral arrangements later.
