Bruce and Mandy are proud to announce the safe arrival of their son, Fraser Richard James, on June 7, 2004. Caitlin is thrilled with her new role as big sister. Special thanks to Dr. MacLean and midwife Lisa Brown of Ward 3, Dr. Gray's, Elgin and also to the midwives at Banff for their attentive before and after care.
