Very suddenly, on June 11, 2004, James Middler, aged 66 years, dearly loved husband of Evelyn and the late Margaret Mackie, much loved dad of Karen and Stuart, step-dad to David and Carolyn, a dear father-in-la w and granda. Will be sadly missed. Funeral arrangements later.
