Suddenly, but peacefully, at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Wednesday, May 26, 2004, George Alexander Geddes (Doddie), aged 78 years (retired Coalman and ex 1st Battalion Gordon Highlanders London Scottish), 3 Reid Terrace, Portgordon, dearly loved husband of Elizabeth (Betty) Boyne and a much loved dad, father-in-la w, grandad, great-grandad and uncle. Sadly missed. Funeral service in Wm. R. Mair's Chapel, Newlands Lane, Buckie, on Saturday, May 29, at 11.30 a.m., thereafter to New Cemetery, Buckie. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, for The Diabetic Association, may be given at chapel door. No callers please.
