Peacefully, on Sunday, September 12, 2004, in the love and comfort of his family, after a long illness, borne with dignity and courage, Norman Gordon Ross Munro, aged 79 years, of 21 Smithton Park, Inverness, late of Ardersier and long distinguished career Highland Council Roads Department. Beloved husband of Martha Mary Clark, adored father of David, Alistair and James, a much loved granda and great-granda. Sadly mourned by many. Funeral service on Friday, September 17, at 1.30 p.m., in Smithton and Culloden Free Church of Scotland, thereafter to Tomnahurich Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, for Parkinsons Society, may be given at the service, or forwarded to William T. Fraser and Son, Funeral Directors, Culduthel Road, Inverness.
