NOBLE (Forres) Peacefully, at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Monday, September 17, 2018, Joyce Noble (nee Tighe), of Burdshaugh, Forres, beloved wife of Mike, a much loved mother of Laura and Alan, and a sadly missed sister of Irene. Funeral service private at her own request.
