LAIRD (Alford)Vida, Pamela and Jim wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them by cards, letters, e-mails, texts, phone calls, visits and lovely flowers received following the sad loss of Harry. Special thanks to the family doctors and staff at Alford Medical Practice, to the Community nurses, Dr. Shearer and his dedicated staff at Aboyne Hospital for their care and attention also to the Paramount Care girls for their daily visits. Grateful thanks to Rev. Dr. John Cook for his uplifting service and lovely tribute to Harry, Alford Golf Club for the warming soup and sandwiches, to Jack, Bud & Neil of Duncan & Mc Combie, funeral directors for their sensitive guidance throughout the funeral. Finally to all who paid their last respects at the church and generously donated £730.00, shared equally between Gordon Dementia Services & A. C. T. S.
