FRASER Penny Helen We are delighted to announce the safe arrival of our beautiful daughter Penny on Tuesday, 3rd July, 2012, weighing 7lbs 5¾oz. Very special granddaughter to Uisdean & Ann Sutherland and Bill & Carol Fraser, great-granddaughter to Edna Penny and Alistair Milligan and niece to Euain, Liam & Stacey.
