FRASER (Insch) Peacefully, at Insch War Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, Richard (Dick), aged 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Pat, much loved dad to Brenda, Trish, Neil, Lynne and the late Richard, a loving papa to Sean, Daniel, Natasha, Erin and Sophie and a dear brother. Funeral private at his own request.
