BEATTIE Peacefully, at Woodend Hospital, on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, following a short illness bravely borne with courage and dignity, Shirley (nee Whyte), aged 71 years, devoted mum of Eric and Karen, adored and cherished grandma of Lewis, a beloved mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt and a dear friend to many. Funeral service at Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead (West Chapel), on Tuesday, June 3, at 11.45 a.m., All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu if desired may be given for CLAN at the funeral tea. Resting at The Aberdeen Funeral Home, 49 Causewayend. No callers, please.
