MURRAY Stephen and Gillian would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for kind expressions of sympathy extended to them (personally, by letters, cards and flowers) in the recent sad loss of Hazel. Special thanks to Dr. Guthrie and practice nurses for their devoted care and attention, Rev Dr. I.
