THOMSON (Scourie) George, Janice and families would like to thank all relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours for their support and kind expressions of sympathy following the sad loss of James. Sincere thanks to Dr. Lesley Pirie and all staff at the Ian Charles Hospital in Grantown on Spey; to Dr Kay Kelly (Oncology) and all the staff at Ward 5a, Raigmore Hospital, Inverness and to Dr. Barrie and staff at Scourie surgery. Grateful thanks also to all who visited our father during his time in hospital and to all those who joined us for our last respects and farewells. We would also extend sincere appreciation to Rev. John MacPherson, Scourie; Kenny Macrae & Son (Undertaker, Durness) and to John Ross (Undertaker, Grantown), for the caring efficient funeral arrangements and to Valerie and staff at the Anchorage for the catering following the interment at Scourie cemetery. ?796 was generously given, which will be presented to Brain Cancer Research and Friends of the Ian Charles Hospital.
