MACDONALD (Isle of Harris) Peacefully, after a long illness, bravely borne, at Western Isles Hospital, on Friday, June 19, 2009, Norman Macdonald, 7 Ardvie, Finsbay, Isle of Harris, former Councillor and retired Inspector, Northern Constabulary, beloved husband of Jean and father of Kenneth, Alistair, John and Morna. The funeral service will be held at Manish Church of Scotland, on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at 12 noon, with interment thereafter at Borve Cemetery.
