RENNIE (Bob). Isabel and Helen are greatly indebted to all who contributed to easing the pain of the passing of our dear dad, by way of visits, phone calls, letters, cards, gifts, flowers and your presence with us at the burial. Also, we owe an immortal debt to Dr. Berne Welsh and his colleagues, along with Grant Redford and the girls of the Ardach medical team and `out-of-hours' staff, who were always on the spot when required. The Homecare Department provided exceptional service - dad's main carer, Mrs Karen Burnett and all the `good girls', as he called them, in the West team, who went the extra mile to ensure his comfort, especially over these latter months. We are grateful too, for the kindness of the Manager and friendship of all the residents at Burnside Court, many, many thanks indeed. Our appreciation also goes to Eric Riddoch and Alec McGregor, Buckie and John Parker and George Hunter, Kilbarchan, for their comforting words at the burial service and behind the scenes. Bill Mair, as always, displayed much professionalism in undertaking all the arrangements and the Marine Hotel excelled in providing a lovely lunch. Thank you all so, so much. We have comfort and confidence in knowing dad is `at Home with the Lord'.
