MACPHERSON (Tain) The family of the late John Macpherson (Tain) wish to thank everyone who extended their sympathy personally, and by cards, letters and telephone calls. Thank you to all friends and neighbours for help so willingly offered and given. Special thanks to Mr Wolf, the medical team and nursing staff of Ward 5C, Raigmore Hospital for their dedicated skill and care. Thanks to Rev Ronnie Morrison for his many visits to John and his comforting service, also to Mr Alasdair Rhind and staff for kindness and faultless funeral arrangements, and to the Highland Hotel, Lairg, for refreshments. Finally, thanks to those who paid their last respects at the church and graveside, and who so generously donated ?486.50 to the League of Friends of Raigmore Hospital.
