AIRD The family of the late Grace Aird would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy received by letters, cards, telephone calls, flowers and visits on the sad loss of their dear mother. Grateful thanks also to the Rev Ivan Warwick for his visits and comforting service, Mr Wilkie, church organist, Mr D. Gunn and staff for their caring and efficient funeral arrangements. A special thanks to the Homecarers, Community Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses for their much appreciated support, to Dr. Stuart MacPherson for his care and attention over the years, to the staff at the Strathpeffer Medical Centre and the Spa Pharmacy, also to the shop assistants and bank staff at Dingwall, who kindly continued to take an interest in our mother's well-being after she became unable to be out and about. Many thanks to all from far and near who paid their last respects at the church and crematorium, and the Loch Ness Hotel for providing the funeral tea. Generous donations received for the Highland Society for the Blind and the Marie Curie Nursing Services amount to ?540.05. Redbank, Achterneed, Strathpeffer. Torview, Contin.
