MACKENZIE Peacefully at home, Castle Heather House, Inverness, on May 28, 2009, after a long illness, borne with his usual courage, Michael Turner MacKenzie (M.T.), adored husband of Amelia, dearly loved and supportive father of Michelle, Ian, Rachael and Claire, step-dad to Daniel, Jamie and Lucy, loyal brother to John, Dereck and Stuart, also a dear father-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle and good friend to many. Service on Wednesday, June 3, at 12.15 p.m., in Old High Church, Church Street, Inverness, to which all friends are respectfully invited, thereafter committal private. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Renal Unit, Raigmore Hospital, may be given at the service. Parking available at the Funeral Directors, John Fraser & Son, 17-29 Chapel Street, Inverness, and a bus will depart Fairways at 11 a.m., to Old High Church, returning after the service.
