BUCHAN (Peterhead)Peacefull y at his home, after a short illness (courageously endured with immense humour), on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, Robert Buchan, aged 84 years (retired whale fisherman and production supervisor, Cleveland Twist Drill, Peterhead), dearly loved and cherished husband of Margaret Strachan Cowe, a much loved and loving da of Robert, Bruce and Fiona, father-in-law and a proud and devoted granda and great-granda. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service of thanksgiving for his life in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Saturday December 7, at 10.30 a.m. to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers please. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for chosen charities.
