STEWART (Tarland) Joy and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy following the sad loss of Dick. Thanks also to staff at Ward 112 ARI, Dr Starritt, and all the Community Nurses and carers for the exceptional care Dick received during his illness. Special thanks to George Rodger, the Lonach Highlanders, Strathdon Masons, Alistair Laing and Charles Coutts for their contributions in making it a wonderful service. To the Holiday Inn, Westhill for their excellent refreshments, and Brian Smith for his efficient funeral arrangements. Finally, thanks to all who paid their last respects at the crematorium and who donated so generously the sum of £1154.13 towards the Community Nurses Fund and Tarland Surgery.
