SMITH Peacefully in her home, on Sunday, September 8, 2013, after a long illness bravely fought, Karen, aged 46 years, of 3 Carnaby Place, Thurso. Youngest daughter of Lena and the late Alexander. Much loved mam to Chloe. A loving fiancée to Scott. Dearly loved sister, sister in-law, aunt, great-aunt and friend. A service to celebrate Karen's life will be held within Ormlie Lodge Service Rooms, Thurso, on Wednesday, September 11, service commencing at 7 p.m. All friends respectfully invited. No flowers please, but donations if desired may be given at the service in aid of the Bignold Ward Patient Care Fund and the District Nurses Fund. Dark clothes not essential. Thereafter private committal.
