SMITH (Peterhead) Very peacefully, at Peterhead Community Hospital (with his family by his bedside), on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, Alfred James Smith, aged 82 years (retired Governor H.M. Prison, Peterhead), dearly loved husband of the late Anna Cowe Buchan, a dear dad of Alfie, Gerald and Paul, a respected father-in-law and a proud and devoted granda and great-granda. Very sadly missed. Requiem Mass to be held in St Mary's Church, St Peter Street, Peterhead, on Saturday, June 29, at 10.00 a.m., to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers please. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the church door for chosen charities. Rest in peace.
