GORDON Peacefully, in Strathmore Hospice, Forfar, on Thursday, October 16, 2008, after a long illness, borne with great dignity and strength, David Beattie Gordon (formerly Turfbeg Place, Forfar), dearly loved husband of the late Madeline, much loved and caring dad of Pauline and Colin and brother to Brenda, a dear grandad, father-in-law and brother-in-law. Funeral service, to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited, at the East and Old Parish Church, Forfar, on Wednesday, October 22, at 1.30 p.m., with interment thereafter in Forfar Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, may be made at the church, for the Macmillan Centre Stracathro and Lippen Care.
