WATT It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sad but very peaceful passing of Violet (Vi), nee King, aged 81 years, at Grandholm Care Home, on Thursday, February 28, 2013 (formerly of Cloverhill Crescent and Wavell Crescent). Beloved wife of the late Jim, much loved mum and mother-in-law of James & Gladys, Yvonne & Charlie, Robbie & Diane, Ron & Tracey and Hazel & Steve, an adored grandma, loving great-grandma and a dear sister, sister-in-law and auntie. Violet will be very sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service at The Aberdeen Funeral Home, 49 Causewayend (where now resting), on Wednesday, March 6, at 2.30 p.m. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu, if desired, may be given in aid of Millview, Grandholm Care Home, at the chapel door.
