McKENZIE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing, on Friday, December 27, 2024, of Rosemary, aged 78 years, much loved mother of Malcolm and Robin, grandmother of Caitlin and Stella, sister of Elizabeth and friend to many in the Aberdeen Arts Community. Funeral service will take place on Friday, January 17, at 10.30am, in Aberdeen Crematorium, East Chapel, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited, donations welcome, if desired, to https://www.thebarn- arts.co.uk/support/donate.

So sorry to hear the news

Two days ago I received the news of Rosemary’s passing and was greatly saddened. The setting up of the Arts Team in Aberdeen City with her was a great privilege for me and although much has happened since then it still seems like only yesterday. Rosemary was a lovely and supportive person, always quick to laugh and slow to register any displeasure. There are many people who benefitted - and benefit still - from her work and she will be sorely missed.
