McHATTIE (Fraserburgh) Peacefully, with his loving and dearest family by his side, on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, John Murray Shewan, aged 83 years, dearly loved and cherished husband of Doreen, much loved and loving dad to Colin and Shona, dearest father-in-law of Heather and Alistair, very proud, devoted and adored "Johnny" to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Greg, Jillian, Neale, Ewan, Gavin, Sam and Zara, Finlay and Kai, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and good friend to everyone who knew him. Funeral service from Alexander Buchan & Son, Funeral Chapel, on Wednesday, September 25, at 1pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited, followed by interment at Kirkton Cemetery. Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu, if so desired, can be given at chapel for Fraserburgh Bowling Club. So dearly missed, always remembered.
