FINNIE Peacefully, after a long but bravely borne battle with cancer, at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, on Thursday, July 18, 2024, Doug, aged 71 years. Treasured husband and best friend of Cath, dearly loved dad of Mark and Douglas (Doug), much loved father-in-law of Lauren, proud granda of Phoebe and Orla, a dear brother and brother- in-law. Funeral service to celebrate Doug's life to be held at Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead, West Chapel, on Friday, August 2, at 1.15pm, to which all family and friends are warmly invited. Family flowers only, please. A special thank you to all the wonderful staff at ARI, Ward 114, for their care of Doug.
