WATSON (Turriff) Murdo, Fraser and families would like to thank all relatives and friends for the many kind expressions of sympathy received by way of flowers, cards and support following the sad loss of their dear Mum and Grandma, Mirren. Thank you to the Rev. Kevin Gruer of St Ninian's & Forglen Church for the uplifting and meaningful service, to Turriff Medical Practice, NECC carers, Marie Curie nurses, District nurses and Edie Simpson for the excellent care given to Mirren in her last few months. Thanks also to Norman Will Funeral Directors Ltd for the very professional and caring handling of the funeral arrangements, to Kastille for the beautiful afternoon tea and to Billy Hepburn for playing the deeply moving laments on his bagpipes. Finally, thanks to everyone for coming to pay their last respects both at the church and at the graveside and for so generously donating the sum of £1,260 collected on the day, for Marie Curie & RSABI. Mirren will be very sadly missed by all her family and everyone who knew her. Mirren's courage in her final weeks will forever be a comfort in her loss. Her fearless spirit and deep faith, has now guided her to the peace she sought. Rest in Peace our yellow rose.
