MACKAY (Muir of Ord) Jessie (Betty) passed away peacefully, at home, with her beloved family by her side, at Station House, on Monday, June 10, 2024, aged 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Iain, loving and adored mother of Graham, Kim and Liz, much loved mother-in-law of Robert, Rosemary and Kevin, cherished grandmother of Iain, Fiona, Mhairi, Julie, Jack and Blair and a doting great-grandmother of Lydia and James, dear sister of June and Morag, sister-in-law of Evelyn and Liz and auntie to many. Jessie will be sorely missed by all her friends and family. Our grateful thanks to all the special ladies at Contrast Care, all the staff at Dingwall Medical Centre, District Nurses, Palliative Care Team and Marie Curie Nurses. Funeral service to be held at Urray West Church, Muir of Ord on Thursday, June 20, 2024, commencing at 12 noon, thereafter to Urray Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but a donation, if so desired, can be made at the service for The Salvation Army.
