LAIRD (Mintlaw/New Pitsligo) Alex and family would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone for all the kind messages of sympathy they received by way of cards, flowers, telephone calls, visits and support during the recent sad passing of Marjory. Grateful thanks to the Ambulance service for their response, help and kindness, to all the doctors and nursing staff of Ward 106 ARI for their tender care of Marjory and sympathy and compassion shown to all the family. A special thanks to Owen and staff of Buchan Funeral Directors for the guidance and sympathetic funeral arrangements, also to Ronnie Kain for putting together and conducting such a lovely service at the chapel and graveside. Our heartfelt thanks to Marjory's long time friend Margaret Grant, for writing and reading such a beautiful, personal tribute, to Sunflowers florist for the lovely floral tributes and to Lorraine of Gold `n` Crispy for providing the lovely teas. Lastly, to everyone who came to pay their last respects at the service and graveside, where your presence was very much appreciated. Donations received, in lieu of flowers, amounted to £450 which will be shared between Mintlaw Public Hall and Willows Animal Sanctuary. Marjory will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
